When we complain, the staff is rude and comes across as racist. Based on our experience, we would not recommend hiring Alex's Proscape for lawn care. We will not renew our contract."

Now, she is blaming us for the problems she created and is acting as though she is doing us a favor by suggesting a solution that may do further damage.
