"We've used Perfection Lawn and Pest Control for 2 years now and wouldn't change a thing. We started with Perfection because they were used by the previous home owners so we continued our service. We've not looked back. Our lawn is one of the nicest in the neighborhood. The staff, both in the office and those that come to the house are attentive, ask questions, and notify you of any issues as they arise."

"Service was performed as agreed in a timely and professional manner. Interaction with Gerald was positive. I called after service was completed to request that remaining stumps be cut lower. My call was returned by someone other than Gerald who examined the stumps and agreed they should be cut lower. I agreed to have 2 or 3 more trees trimmed at the same time. They expected to do the work on May 10. I have not seen or heard from them since then. This is disappointing as I was satisfied otherwise. Perhaps it is because the follow-up was handled by someone other than Gerald. <br />"

"<p>They have been working on my lawn for over a year and it still looks bad.  I have developed a fungus that is turning my lawn yellow.  The regular guy has never mentioned this and has yet to treat the issue.  I had the owner come and look at it and could see the issue from a block away.  Why couldn't the regular route guy address the issue?  I also had mole crickets and they didn't bother to say anything to me until large sections of my lawn died out.</p> <p>The lawn still looks bad.  After a year of treatment it looks no different then when they started.  I call them and can only reach a service, not the actual business.</p> <br />"

"<p>Patrick has been mowing my lawn since April 2015. The lawn care has been good up until two weeks ago when the grass wasn't getting cut much and they were blowing the trimming inside my lanai. They usually are consistent and come on Monday's but this week they have not been here yet. When I call the mailbox is full and when I sent an email is was returned to me undeliverable. I have also tried contacting them on Facebook but have not received a response yet. "Had a pretty decent relationship with the sales guy and the first person who did the pest services. They sent out another person several months ago for pest control and he is very condescending in conversations. Here's how I would rate the Pest Control <br /> Ants -  B. They would be responsive and come out and service the ghost ant issues, but I would find them in other areas after the service was done.  <br /> Roaches - D. They would place traps, sticky pads, but basically punted and said there's nothing they can do other than have the house completely sealed or the roaches will get in. They came out to service the roaches one time and it got much worse the week after.  <br /> Lawn Care <br /> The technician guy is really a great guy. I don't know why, but the front strip in front of my house by the sidewalk and the back yard didn't really ever get better than what it was over a year ago.  <br /> Professionalism/Customer service:  <br /> I'd say they are overall very responsive from the sales guy to the techcnician, but I didn't see the results enough to warrant keeping the service. I had an issue with the condescending talk from the newer pest control guy as well and the biggie was that I cancelled the service yesterday, and today I woke up to a "W**" text from my sales guy.  <br /> I sure would have been fired if I sent one of my customers a "W**" message in any capacity.  <br /> So I don't know "W**" is up with that, but Truly Nolan needs to invest in some customer service/communication training.  <br /> <br />"
