"The cleaning was supposed to be done after we moved out, so we don't know if it was done well or at all. We were coerced into using this company by the apartment complex where we stayed during the summer of 2016. The carpets and the apartment were immaculate when we moved out, but we had to pay this company anyway. There were a lot less expensive options available, but we had to use this company. Almost certainly a kick-back situation with the complex. We left a check for exactly what we were told by the apartment complex. They applied a flat paint and it looked great. No complaining or charge for the extra coat. We changed the color on the shutters and no complaints.
