"I'd used TruGreen in the past is why I chose them for my lawn care. I was originally set up on 4-6 week intervals to accomodate my financial needs. Everything was going as planned until I got a fertilization/weed control treatment & aeration in Sep within a week apart. I didn't realize what happened until I received the bill and contacted them to report a duplicated charge. I was told one of the charges included an aeration treatment and was a one time application indicated in the contract. This was not my understanding and must have been in very small print I could not read. When first asked about doing aeration, it was agreed to revisit in the fall. I was not asked, told or suggested this was being done so I got hit with that bill. Customer Service Rep was useless. Her resolution was to send someone out when I mentioned the service was incomplete since the gate was locked and the technician did not have access to my yard."

"Had lawn aerated , fertilized and reseeded. Aereator was pulled by a tractor it was not able to get into corners. Plugs were approximately 1 inch deep. You had you look very hard to see any plugs on the ground. I saw the fertilizer and seed being spread , very thin. This is most likely why the price was low. You just get what you pay for."
