"We had carpet in our family room and office, and were in desperate need of a change. KBA has done numerous projects in my house, each time with exquisite results. Therefore, i got in touch with Bruce and he came out on time and took the measurements and sent me a quote within a day. He took time to go to Home Depot with me, where we figured out what look would go best with the house and my budget. Bruce was honest with me about the timeline of the project, and if there was ever an issue he always connected with me to see what would be the best way to solve the issue. I have used KBA for about 4 years for various projects around my house, and will definitely be using them for many more years to come!"

"I was in desperate need of new front steps that were pitched back towards the house and were leaking into the basement. I did not want hollow pre-fab steps. I called Tim and he called me back timely, we arranged for him to come look at the stairs and he showed up when he said he would. He gave me an estimate and told me it would be in 6 weeks. 6 weeks later, he was there! (Of course with a a phone call to me the week before). His crew jackhammered the old steps, took away the rubble, installed flashing and rebar where necessary and poured the new steps. I was going to get plain old concrete stairs and he suggested a basic stamp (Vegas I think) with a pop of color. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! (See for yourself with the before and after pics) One year later (2017) when a chimney contractor got some mortar on the steps and they were dulled, Tim came back and put a coating on them to revive the look. He did this free of charge, which is a sign of someone who values his customers and stands by his work. I would hire Tim again for any concrete work and recommend him highly."

"Jason and Brian absolutely exceeded my expectations both in terms of the quality of their work and their customer service. They really went above and beyond in many ways. As an example, they built a beautiful stone retaining wall that merged into the walkway that was totally unexpected and added a very classy finish to the job. Their plants were of the highest quality and the few that we did not like (too short, the wrong color), they immediately changed them, no questions asked. Their landscaping crew led by Kyle were incredibly customer focused and professional and were so accommodating when my wife asking them to replant and move certain plants that were not quite to her liking. And the cherry on the cake was when they 'threw-in' some new flag stones instead of using some old stones that I had planned to recycle. In summary, I would absolutely recommend Ferrandino to any of my New Canaan friends and will most certainly be using them again. "I contacted Spartan via an ad and met with the owner Matt a few days later. He was prompt, friendly and professional. I told him what we were looking to have done and he gave me some great feedback and suggestions without being condescending and they actually made the project better without added too much more to the cost. I advised him that I had to have this done soon and he said that his crew could get it done in one day (yeah right). Well they pulled it off. The crew showed up Wednesday morning @ 7:45 and the last 2 left after 6:30pm. The crew was made up of the nicest most respectful guys, no swearing or goofing off. I bought them pizza for lunch (secretly negotiated by their boss) and they thanked me profusely. I can say that it was a rare and wonderful experience and would highly recommend and hire Spartan again. <br />"
