He provided a quote the next day, and after answering all my question, I decided to proceed. The crew showed up less than a week later to perform the work, they placed tarps around the house to catch debris, protect the yard and plants. They quickly cleared existing roofing, repaired a couple of areas where water had gotten under the shingles and rotted the wood underneath. BDC Tree Service was contacted late in the evening and had a crew at my property the very next morning at 7:30a and removed the trees within two days.
