I was happy with the pleasant voice of the associate, the follow up email that contained detail instructions and information about the process the crew would use to clean my gutters, and the payment process. I got a $10 discount for being a first time customer. The crew called 30 minutes before they arrived, the crew asked me if I had any questions before they started the work, they answered my questions and made recommendations such no clog gutter cover installation, and the crew completed the work in approximately 20 minutes. I have already asked Atlanta Best Gutter Clearers to schedule a six months appointment. After the six months appointment I hope the work is just as excellent. If so, I will agree to an annual contract. I wish I took pictures."

"Joe was so professional and took the time to listen to what I wanted . He gave me a great deal of information about what would work, or not, and why . It turned out perfectly. He also offered to come back a week later to be sure I had all the information I needed to maintain the yard/plantings . I initially contracted with him for the work in early May but given the late spring time he said he would be delayed in getting to my work. However he told me about his time frame, and even called me once to be sure I knew that the rain delayed him a bit more (which I appreciated) .There are so many landscapers who don't call back, don't show up, and/or don't follow through once an estimate in done. Not so with Joe---he is very conscientious !!!!."

They let us know via email that they found someone to take the furniture. The only problem was the billing - they overbilled me at first (double charged) and then they took 2 credits away instead of 1 credit."

"The cleaning went well. Three young ladies worked for 3 hours, never took a break and did a god job. I only have a cleaning service come in once in a while to do deep cleaning, they moved furniture, did under beds. <br /> The bad part was my toothbrust holder was broked and hid. <br /> The day they were supposed to come they never showed up.  They supplied me an unworking number <br /> I find them undependable and could not use them again.   PS I gave them a $20.00 tip <br />"

They cut, got rid of the clippings, and did trimming. I'm so happy and I only wish I had hired them sooner. This saves me so much stress. And friendly staff - with reasonable prices.
