Those are always important factors, but in addition, working with Ergeon was surprisingly easy & efficient. To provide an accurate quote, Ergeon used an innovative approach whereby my cell phone surveyed the project area during our video meeting. Very convenient & details were discussed in real time. "The Job: Work was satisfactorily completed except this vendor should be supervised. -Gate panels replaced were well done and shaped like previous, but were not sanded on top, leaving a 'rip cut' finish. -Fencing Repair completed, post replaced, sagging addressed, BUT dislodged two panels further down the fence...basically, dno ue diligence in checking their work and unintentional impacts. -Minor debris left behind, did not impress. NO SHOW for original estimate request... insisted they had provided an estimate already! They wrongly a**-u-med the address they went to coincidentally on same day was mine (different project)! Attention to customer care missing... Rule #1: NEVER argue with customer / client, specially when you the contractor are wrong! Would not process through Angi Pay, because they are afraid of fraud? Why are they here?"

"I came to Angi looking for someone to remove construction debris, remove the remains of an old wood pile and take out a old set of clothes line poles. Marcelino was the only recommendation who contacted me. Within minutes of posting the inquiry, he called to set up an estimate time of the following day. Mr. Garcia showed up,we worked out a price we could both work with and he and his team were able to get the job done right away. Just over an hour later the job was completed, cleaned up after and BEAUTIFUL! I am so pleased with every aspect of this encounter. I will definitely be utilizing this company again and again."

"They were here when they said they would be. We met prior to the install to go over the plans. The fence is beautiful and they took meticulous care in staining in the fence. We communicated through emails, text and phone. They will be here Wednesday to install the gate and lighting. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them."

"What can I say? Leo and his team are incredible. Our house was old and tired and we hired Leo to build a large front porch, that we hoped, would change the curb appeal. We wanted a multilevel porch and broad, across the front of the home, with 3 separate stair cases. The end product has simply given new life to our home! It is an incredible porch, master crafting, superior finish, takes my breath away! We strongly recommend Leo and his team, for anyone who needs work done, as we will in the future for any and all remodel or repair needs we may have."
