"Del Rey Paving exhibits predatory sales practices, failure to deliver on promises, inadequate design, errors in construction, failure to abide by warrantees, seeking funds out of contract in order to maintain ?good faith? relationship, unresponsiveness, and poor service. After a very high-pressure sales pitch (disguised as a design meeting) with all the accoutrements (fancy PowerPoint demonstration, a copy of their impressive surety bond, commitments that they will stand behind us, and a discount that magically expired the same day) and a commitment that the 25-year warrantee covers everything but seismic and trees, Del Rey Paving completed our $72k backyard paver project in September 2023. Over the next few weeks, the pavers began to separate, sag, and crown. Also, the drainage in many areas was toward the house, not away from it. They did come back a couple of times to remove pavers, recompact, and reset. "
