"The roof of my 28-year-old house was leaking. I called Above-It-All-Roofing and Dave came to prepare the estimate. We went over the estimate in detail and Dave answered my questions. There was no pressure to sign the contract and Dave provided his cell phone number in the event I had more questions. I decided to use Above-It-All-Roofing because they had the best estimate, my sister used Above-It-All-Roofing 15 years ago and she’s happy with her roof, and the company has many positive reviews. The job was scheduled, the workers showed up on time, worked long days, cleaned up each day and finished in 4 days. After they finished, I noticed black flashing was installed. I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored. I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles. I am happy with the job Above-It-All-Roofing did on my roof and I recommend Above-It-All-Roofing for anyone looking for a roofer."

"David from Clearview Roofing was fantastic in helping replace the roof at my daycare center. We had a huge leak, and he was incredibly speedy with the repairs. He took care of everything from A to Z, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

"Joe came out and inspected my roof and said that it did not need to be repaired/replaced at this time. If the work had needed to be done, I would very likely have hired JH Roofing. Joe called and set up the appointment, he arrived on time, he explained things clearly, and he was honest about the condition of my roof, which - luckily for me - was good. I was impressed!"

"Hoyt did a re-roof job, replaced the under-layment and replace lightweight concrete tiles. Corrected problems left behind by previous roofers many years ago. Workers showed up on time and communicated status and daily coordination. Did several walk-throughs at the end of the job to ensure there were no loose ends. Overall - very pleased with the job."

"I needed a roof repair for my house due to a side of the tile was not replaced by the previous owner after they repainted the outside of the house. Chris Barnett came out the same day I put out the request via HomeAdvisor. He gave me a very reasonable quote and noticed other things that needed fixing. After getting a couple of other quotes, Barnett Roofing gave me the best value for money and I hired them. The crew came early morning and finished the whole job in a couple of hours. They cleaned up everything and my roof looks good now. We just had another day of rain and so far so good. I would recommend Barnett roofing for a good value and speedy work."

"They replaced cracked tiles, and replaced the underlayment on leaking area with good rubberized material. Reset a lot of tiles that just moved from the wind. Sealed around all vent pipes. They done more than I expected."

"Jeo from Essential Builders exceeded our expectations with his meticulous approach to roof repair. He and his crew worked diligently to resolve the issues, and the results were impeccable."

"Aaron was very polite and repaired a leak before the rain last week. Aaron also explained all work that Could be done with estimate for a new roof. I would recommend Junior Construction to all my friends."

"I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job."

"We have a historic home and there was additional care required to replace siding beneath the roofing material at the eaves. The team at Jordan roof completed the entire job in only 4 days, they fixed up our dormer which had shingles that had deteriorated, and repainted some of the shingles. Our home looks better than ever! Great responsiveness, fair pricing, and high quality work."
