It was difficult for the repair person to find however while he was looking he noticed a lack of sealant around several of the roof penetration's metal flashing. He sealed all of these as well as the small leak. Well done - I will use them again if needed.

"Excellent. My neighbor had used Troy Fitch (Cornerstone) for his roof and HIGHLY recommended him. I contracted with him to replace my roof, clean the gutters (and make some small repairs), power wash my house and refinish my deck. EVERYTHING was done extremely well and in a prompt time frame. His employees were great, and the communication between the owner (Troy) and the homeowner (me!) went very well.

I was definitely impressed with their professionalism and quality, and their prices were very competitive (not the lowest, but competitive - WELL worth it!) I would DEFINITELY hire them again (and will, to powerwash my house every year and restain the deck every few years).

"I think I got Skyview roofing from Angi’s list. Steve came out walked the roof and thoroughly inspected it before generating a bid and time of work. He gave us a list of completed jobs to visit with the roof colors we were interested in. The only owner we spoke to, sang the praises of Skyview. The house visits allowed us to settle on the roof color. With all this confidence building, we went ahead. The crew leader Craig, and Jera the panel cutter and assistant leader, Elijah and Joe, the Sawyer and installer settled in on the appointed day. They worked together like a well-oiled no-drama machine. They finished on time and within the bid. They overcame a little challenge with a known repair that was part of the job. They took care the landscaping wasn’t threatened and maintained a clean calm worksite. As I took pictures for the review, I realized this was not a simple roof. They just did it; no whining. I look at the finished product and I say “Well Done!” I couldn’t be happier with the crew and the job they did."

"Shine Bright did a thorough, professional job when cleaning our gutters and removing roof debris from our 3100 square foot home. Although bad weather caused a reschedule, Shine Bright fit us in at the first opportunity and kept us informed at every step -- including calls on the day of the scheduled maintenance to inform us of delays (due to earlier jobs taking longer than expected). We also received a call letting us know when they expected to arrive to begin work, and they showed up on schedule. Although some companies will not clean gutters with gutter guards (as we have), Shine Bright removed the accumulated deposits (shingle grit, etc.) and made sure all of our downspouts were clear and operating properly. They also cleaned off roof debris that had built up near the diverters and in the channels where roof sections met. Shine Bright's professionalism went beyond just doing a competent job, however. They walked the roof, identified existing and potential problem areas and explained their findings to us, at times using pictures of areas that were not visible from the ground. They also double-checked problem areas we had noticed and made sure our concerns were addressed before asking us to sign off on completion. When we agreed that the job was complete, Shine Bright left us with a copy of services performed, inspection notes and contact information in case questions or problems arose later. Every one of the three workmen on our job was polite, professional and concerned to deliver a quality result. We would definitely hire Shine Bright again for gutter cleaning, and based on this experience, we would certainly consider them for window cleaning as well."
