"The guys at Gage were great from the original estimate and throughout the removal process. We were clearing a large amount of very tall, mature trees around our house and property, trimming up trees that had dense growth around the bottoms and removing limbs around power lines. The 1st day of the project was very cold and wet, but the guys arrived on time and got right to work. We were amazed at the efficient progress and professional manner that they took down the trees. I was nervous before they came that some of the trees were very tall and close to the house, but the team from Gage took them out with ease. The took great care to clean up after themselves and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work done. There was even some confusion around which trees were flagged, but Gage was wonderful in helping us to get the trees removed that we needed gone. We are so please with the results. "I needed a large front lawn, a dog side-yard and average backyard mowed, trimmed and maintained. The crews came weekly but unpredictably. Several times the gates were left open, risking my dogs' lives and quite often details both small and large were overlooked. For the crews' safety the owner of the business told them to leave anything about which they were in doubt. A bunch of raspberry branches were left a couple of feet away from a flower bed, my fault since I assumed such a small pile would be no danger to the crew. I have had other services simply sack up things like that and bill me by invoice. The branches stayed, week after week with the grass around them growing taller and taller, till I wondered if I mistook what a lawn service actually does and called the manager. Yes, I was told, I was mistaken. That small pile of branches was a safety hazard to the crew. I had already decided things weren't working out with this company so discontinued our arrangement at that point. I cannot speak highly enough of the manager's professionalism in dealing with me ... I felt dreadful that I was irritated and very rude at the end but she was very gracious. Poor communications between the crews, myself and the management seemed to be the root cause of my decision to stop service. <br />"
