No damage. Put in roof peak vent (which hadn't been installed previously, put drip rail everywhere which hadn't been installed originally. They replaced our roof a few years ago, and although the owner was contemptuous of us, seemed to have anger issues with his employees, and communicated poorly, the work was done neatly, on time, on budget, and seemingly very well. During unusual weather in 2021, water intrusion problems developed that may have been related to unique roof vent installation when they did the work. We made a friendly request for them to come back ON A PAYING BASIS to evaluate and see if they could fix the problem. This led to a bizarre explosion from the owner and an angry refusal to assist."
