Get matched with top tree stump removers in Anderson, SC

"Being a former Operations Manager for Verizon Wireless, I am used to requesting quotes for numerous projects and dealing with many contractors but never for my own property. Now retired, I needed a contractor to remove (8) Leyland Cypress trees from my property to include removing the stumps. I had never dealt with tree removals so I did not know what to expect. After meeting with Thomas Potts, the owner of Stump Destroyers, I felt totally comfortable after completing a walkthrough on my property and him providing a detailed explanation as to how they would handle the project. I decided to write up an RFQ (request for quote) to include the cost to complete the project. Thomas responded in a timely manner and since the cost was within my expectations, I decided to hire Stump Destroyers to complete the work. I am happy to say that I made an excellent choice. Not only is Thomas a fine young man, but every member of the Stump Destroyers team were very professional, whenever I asked them any questions, they took the time and made me feel comfortable with or how they were going to handle the situation. Removing (8) 55 Leland Cypress trees in a confined area is not an easy task but they did it safely and with no damage to my home or my neighbor's property. I will have to repair some landscaping issues but that was expected from the start. I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do, I will be using Stump Destroyers to do the job!"

"Got a quote on Monday and she told me they could remove it Tuesday. The large tree was down and the stump was ground below ground level Tuesday afternoon just as promised. They ground the whole tree in their chipper and now I have a large pile of free mulch. Everyone was friendly and hard working. I was amazed how they were able to have everything done in three hours as hot as it was. They will be who I call first."

"Dallas stump grinding removed two stumps for me. One smaller easier one and another very large one on an incline within a few feet of a gas line. Dallas stump grinding was very careful and knowledgeable about how to remove the stump with these challenges. Once complete, they cleaned up the site and it looks better than ever."

"Gene was super professional and kind. Really enjoyed seeing the before and after of his work on our property! He is very knowledgeable about tree work and did a great job! Would definitely recommend to others!"

"It looks like there was never a tree there. I would love to hire them again if I do need future service. They're responsible and would recommend them to anyone."

"Jose & his crew were very friendly with good customer service. Great price! Here when they said they would be! They cut down two trees for me in tight places. If I need any further tree work they will be the guys I call. Job Well Done!!!!"

"From minute one in giving the quote , I knew Roy was the one of 5 I received quotes from. Not because he was the cheapest, but because Roy was kind and considerate. And on the day of service, he and his crew were on time and efficient. They worked for almost 6 hours w only a 30 min lunch break. They worked and did not play around. The trees were all massive and close to house. But we never felt threatened as we watched what they did. They did much more than just the 5 trees they said they would do. And they did not up charge for it. They cut up removed the debris. And also raked and blew off the yard , walkways and driveway . When he finished, he came and got me to show me what they had done. I feel that I not only received great service , but I got a great deal. No one else would have done all he did ."

"Very courteous and professional . Arrived on time and completed work as promised. Very reasonable rates compared to other tree services. Was very happy and surprised he gave a military discount on the cost of this project which you hardly see anyone doing. Really helped us financially due to on going covid 19 restrictions. Like to mention our neighbor was best neighbor in working with us in getting the trees removed that fell on his land during the high winds event in our area. God bless him and his wife they are the best neighbors anyone could ask for."
