"From the initial inquiry for windows to the meeting with J.T., to the installation of the project, the 4 Seasons Midwest has been nothing but professional. During the first meeting I learned more about windows than I knew to ask. When I casually mentioned that I was weighing my decision about windows or doing a bathroom remodel for my wife J.T. said they could do either or both the decision was mine. Needless to say I was very surprised and was given a verbal estimate for the remodel as well. The longest part of the project was waiting for the windows to be built but when they came in and we were put on the schedule, the install crew came in ready to work and the project was finished faster than my wife or I could have imagined. Marco to the rescue! He was able to show us why the deck collapsed. I was clearly poor workmanship by the previous company. Our deck was beautifully rebuilt using a majority of the existing composite material, thus keeping our costs to a minimum. We plan to use Marco for additional changes to the deck.
