"I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house. In addition, the lines of communication between ourselves and Scott, as well as his subcontractors, were always open. "Pro Performance Construction was the contractor used by my window supplier to replace and install all new custom windows and doors in my house. The quality of work and attention to detail was outstanding. The project leader in particular paid very close attention to the leveling and glide resistance to the large patio doors, taking the time required (on a fixed-price contract) to make sure that the travel and resistance of the sliding doors was perfect and to spec. The team even went above and beyond the scope of the contract (at no cost) to repair cedar siding that was compromised (unrelated to the installation) outside of the area of the windows. PPC's owner/operator is hard worker and true to his word. He maintains excellent relationships with other high-quality trade professionals which he is able to bring into jobs quickly and independently. I am very happy with PPC's work on my own house and will engage his team on additional projects. I highly recommend PPC for repair, remodel, and construction jobs."
