Instead of responding by email, I received several text messages demanding payment, including instructions to send money to his address or have my bank mail a check. I later received additional messages from the Angi relay number that appeared to represent Angi, adding to the confusion. As a senior customer, the tone and timing of these messages were upsetting. I am seeking a resolution through Angi so this matter can be handled professionally and safely."
