He also was very attentive to my husbands work schedule and when he could clean the office windows and worked around his schedule for those windows. Again, he was quiet, polite, understanding to the chaos with all our pets and lastly, never spilled a drop or any water. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. Much better than anything I could have ever done. We are very please and highly recommend. And I will 100% be calling to have them come back next year around the same time! The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room. He took his time to assess the vent access points and even took apart some of the piping in the basement to ensure the full length of the vent was cleaned.
