"I have done business with IOE for almost a decade and as I had them do more projects the more frustrated I became. It was a different and much better company under the original owner Bret. Since Cory has taken over, all he does is make the sell and send you the bill. When I have an issue, it will take him over a week to respond. In a recent project I hired IOE for was to replace my fence. The installers used too long of nails which came through on the neighbors side. My neighbor shared his concern for safety and when I contacted Cory, it took him 3 days to respond and longer than a week to resolve. I don't know if they have gotten too busy but when you spend money you expect them to respond especially when it is regarding safety. If you hire IOE here is what you can expect: expensive cost, long/poor response times and a laundry list of excuses from Cory. I would not recommend."

"Kirsch performed exactly as agreed. They said they could do a full garden makeover for our front entrance in 2 days and they did. New plants, new stone edgings, new plants, a low maintenance black rock base, landscape lighting to improve sidewalk safety and re-routing water sprinklers as needed resulted in a much needed change for the church. The crew was prompt, polite and put in a good day’s work each day. As an added bonus, they started on a second makeover project at another entrance by installing all new stone edging. This project will require some drainage changes and should be completed by summer. When all is finished, we are in discussions with Kirsch about handling on-going garden maintenance. The congregation has been very complementary of the change. It is low maintenance, very attractive and ties into the Kirsch Landscape design of the associated school on the property. "the structural engineer visited our home and surveyed the lot. He noted where external influences could be affecting the foundation. The engineer went through the home and measured the elevations of the floor to within 0.1". He created a plot and should how the outside influences were affecting the foundation. A short time after his visit, he e-mailed a 16-page report with a detailed description of the survey, the plot of the elevations, and a written description of the ongoing effects on the foundation and home. He noted how previous foundation repair was negatively affecting the foundation. He noted how to correct the deficiencies and prescribed a chronological list of remedies to return the foundation to fully functioning. Thanks for his hard work and thorough assessment of the foundation. I am avoiding needlessly wasted money on unnecessary foundation repairs."
