"Craig and his crew were extremely professional, and they provided top quality work. They did exactly what they said they would do and there were no surprises for us at the end (any problems they ran into during the replacement, they would contact us immediately and let us know, that was great, kept us at ease). They were extremely punctual and very neat (cleaned up everything, no debris left laying around anywhere). From start to finish, Craig was easy and great to work with, everything was spelled out for us. We had no worries and would not hesitate to hire Craig again or recommend him to anyone."

"Made arrangements over the phone, and the phone was always picked up when I called.  You don't always get that with contractors so this was a huge plus.  It took a little longer than I hoped to start the job but that is the only small issue.  The job was fairly involved and the area was difficult to access.  The crew even put my wood fence back together in better shape than when they arrived.  The work itself very good, I wanted to wait a month to see how the sod held up before reviewing and it still looks great.  I paid more than I hoped but after seeing how much work was involved, I think it was a fair price.  Recommended. <br />"

"Initially, we reached out to Richard for a simple backyard garden design. But what we ended up with was much more than we hoped for or even anticipated: a fabulous concrete patio design (both the concrete layout and the incorporated garden beds), front sidewalk design, and side foundation bed. If I were made of money, I?d hire him to do our entire property! He dramatically improved the look of our house.  <br /> Richard has a very artistic eye, calm and professional demeanor, and trustworthy character. He?s the type of guy one could imagine drinking tea with. He showed up on time for all of our meetings. At the initial meeting, Richard spent over an hour discussing our wants and needs, as well as his suggestions. Further questions that I emailed to him later were promptly and fully answered. After he did the work and I paid him, we discovered that I accidentally overpaid. He hand delivered a check for the difference within a week. <br /> At first, the design fee seems a bit steep. But not only is it worth it (you get what you pay for!), it?s also credited toward work done in that year. So in the end, you really are not paying anything for the design, as long as you use Richard? and after you see his design, you?ll use him! <br />"
