"This was a large roof replacement. It took 2 days to remove the old roof and gutters, 2 days to install the new roof, and half a day to install the new gutters and downspouts. Overall was pretty happy with this company. We have used them for some small repairs on our old roof, but were tired of the constant repairs so just decided to get a new roof. It was a lot of money, but it was the middle quote (of the 3 we received) and has a good warranty. Guys working were professional, nice and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and did a larger cleanup once roof was completed. We did find some nails and other debris in the yard/garden area afterward, but none in the driveway which was great. Very easy to work with the office staff and the crew chief at the job site. Overall, I would highly recommend them. "

Work was completed in one day and with excellent quality. He even addressed some additional issues that were discovered with no extra charge. No issues with leaking since his repair. When it comes time for a complete roof replacement, i will be calling Craig."

I called several businesses to try and schedule a roof replacement before winter; but none had openings until spring except for PPCMD. They were able to complete the roof within a couple weeks of contact and Mike maintained communication throughout the process. "I have painters scheduled to paint my house next week. I was trying to get by without replacing my 20 year old patched porch roof. As luck would have it, a couple of weeks ago in a heavy rain it started to leak again, so I wanted to get the work done before the painters came. Moses from Turkmasters came to explain what needed to be done and give me an estimate for the work. He gave me a detailed description of what they would do and why. He said they would try to get it done in the time frame I needed, but couldn't guarantee it as they were scheduling for mid- July. Because it was a small job Moses said that if they finished another job early they would try to squeeze me in. Fortunately for me he called this morning to say they were going to be finishing a job early this afternoon and would be able to do my roof today! <br /> The crew from Turkmasters was professional and efficient. They were able to tear off the old roof and replace it and the gutters by dinnertime. They also did some unscheduled carpentry repairs without additional charge. I have a small yard with no driveway or garage and most of the front yard is gardens. I was amazed at how they were able to move equipment and debris across the lawn without causing any damage! They also did a through job cleaning up. You wouldn't have even known they were here except for my beautiful new roof and gutters! I highly recommend Turkmasters. <br /> <br />"

"An update to my last two reviews. The person who was suppose to send someone to fix the issues had fallen ill and was not at work to send them out, so they were not ignoring the issues. Sahlems did come back out. Mike, very professional and another guy came out and spent a few hours fixing the issues. When they were done I took a look, all looks great. They did miss two low nails but I put some roof sealant on them and ya can't even tell. In my last review I said I would not hire them again. But considering it is such a large company and there were a lot of guys here, I can't with a good conscience say that the entire company is bad because of one or two guys lacking a good work ethic or having a bad day. Sahlem's made good on their work guarantee. The roof always looked good now I am sure it is as solid as it is eye appealing. Would I hire them again, Yes. They have been around a long time and I believe in giving people the benefit of doubt. Nobody can be perfect all the time, and they did make it right."
