At 10, Erik had not shown up, didn't call and when we called him, his Voice Mail was full. So, I got someone else. I think he is informal and not into customer service. We older people need tradesmen to honor their appointments! It's fire season and it's very important to have tall grass cut down. I would not pick Erik to do a job. Pick another. "
