You have to trust somebody and I surely wasn't going to give the job to some company with out of state plates and no reputation. I had a great experience with Matt the salesperson handling everything from the start with the insurance company and adjuster all the way through until the job was complete. Mario was the foreman and he actually knew a lot more about getting the work completed correctly than anyone I've met before. 5-Stars and I would and have recommended Lon Smith to my brother who purchased a roof from them and another house we have was completed by them which is a rental unit near by.
