"I had literally posted on social media this morning, asking for recommendations for someone to pressure wash my house. The weather the last two months had my house, fence, and porch turning green with algae build up. I happened to be driving down my street and saw Erik pressure washing a house. I stopped and asked him if could come by my house afterward to take a look and give me quote. He did and gave me a price I couldn't refuse, and he was able to do the job on the spot. Erik did a PHENOMENAL job and not only is my house clean and sparkling, my gutters, fence, and front porch look amazing, like new! If that wasn't enough, he surprised me and cleaned my paver patio and it hasn't looked this good since we laid it. Erik was kind, courteous and professional and I can't say enough how much I recommend his cleaning services. I didn't think fast enough to take before photos but my neighbors and my daughter noticed immediately how nice everything looked. Driving down my street and randomly meeting Erik was not by chance... it was God providing a need I had through Erik. I'm extremely happy and grateful. Thank you Erik!"

"After several questionable cleaning services by this company and being overcharged, my short-term rental unit received two consecutive negative reviews. Despite my warning to Orlando Reyla, they did not correct the issues. This service does not have a way of checking on the work that is done for the units. Not to mention, they subcontract the work instead of employing the workers and pay them pennies on the dollar, expecting the work to be done properly. After noticing the cleaning did not get done on time, I tried reaching out to them several times to no avail. When I called their Los Angeles office, they reached out to St. Pete, and only then did they return to me via email. At 4:01 p.m., their response was that the cleaner had car issues and could not make it. Being oblivious to what happened with his business the entire day, Orlando did not bother calling me even after realizing what happened. When I asked to talk to him several times, he finally called and offered to provide cleaning the following day. I asked him how he would like to be the guest who goes to a vacation rental with dirty sheets, kitchen, and towels. I also asked him where his commitment was to his business. Orlando must not have liked what he heard, as he hung up the phone and cancelled all future services quicker than I could. I had to leave my son with neighbors on my only day, Sunday, and head to the unit to clean it myself as a responsible host and a business owner. I would caution anyone from giving business to this irresponsible person. For the record, I asked for a phone call from the company and have yet to hear from them. So it is not only Orlando but also the company that has a similar attitude towards its responsibilities."

"Very disappointed. The salesman, Fabio, was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the scope of the job but the technician that showed up to do the job was on another level. I had been promised they woul cover things with plastic, clean up after their work, spray and sanitize with an anti mold cleaner etc. What actually was done did not follow that. No plastic on floor and mold and dust just covered everything. He didn?t even have a vacuum just a broom which ground the mold even more into the tiles of my floor. When he did cover some things with plastic, the plastic was not removed in such a way that prevented the debris from being dumped on my furniture! I never smelled any kind of spray and with the air conditioner going full blast, I think you would certainly smell any chemical if it was applied. I am not confident the ducts are cleaned. I never received any before/ after pictures. "

"Confident Cleaning has been a pleasure for the past 3 years. They do not miss a piece of dust. Floors be so clean I don't mind the 10 second rule when food gets dropped. My Aunt and Uncle are up there in age now and having them come in every week has made their lives easier and sanitary which is causing them to focus more on their health. The owner will provided all licensing and bonding info with our contract. If something arises they are great about rescheduling to accommodate you. I highly recommend this company for residential or businesses. You will not be disappointed hiring them. "
