"I cannot say enough about Hortensia. I called well in advance to make an appointment, and despite 8" of snow the night before, they still arrived within 5 minutes of the appointment time. We had put some items on bed to clear up surfaces, and they actually took those items off beds, made the beds and then put them back. Everything looks beautiful.
