He always did what he said he was going to do, he was patient as we chose the pavers and design, he showed up for every appointment on time and he was extremely accommodating. If we wanted to change something he was very amenable and he did not nickle and dime us. We had 7 estimates and researched all kinds of ways to deal with our cracked, two level and old concrete patio. His estimate was not only the most reasonable in price, but he convinced us that our severe drainage problem could be fixed using his method. We were very worried about this aspect of the job, as water has pooled there for years, in spite of various efforts to fix it. Not only does it now look fabulous, but this week we have had our first rains (2-3 inches!) and there is not a drop of water pooling on the patio. We are very, very pleased with the work he did for us."

After we met a System Pavers rep at a commercial fair and discussed some of the aspects of what we wanted, I contacted them for an interview and evaluation. Patrick (Designer) came to our house fully prepared, discussed our desires, measured, took pictures, and came up with a preliminary plan. He went back to his office and prepared a very nice graphic design of suggestions and pricing. We reviewed the design and prices and returned to him with our budget. After discussions, he made further design changes to our liking and suggested we visit their warehouse to pick out pavers. What these guys did was nothing short of amazing. From the demo to the final stages of setting pavers, their meticulous work shined through. Derek kept in contact throughout the work visiting us several times to review things with me and Alex. As expected we had to make some adjustments during the project discovering piping and existing decking. Alexs team of hard workers were courteous and friendly working tirelessly each day with the utmost attention to details and total respect for our property. From beginning to end, our System Pavers team was accommodating - working with us to every detail (including budget) to an absolutely gorgeous end-product.
