Right Electrical Services set an appointment; Company representative arrived my residence on time and went immediately to work with me in inspecting the appropriate placement, discussed with me thoroughly the scope of work to be done, the process of the installation and the coordination Right Electrical would do with electrical, power company and propane provider, and estimated time to complete installation. Representative provided me with a verbal estimate of expense, and promised a written estimate within a few hours. Estimate arrived within 90 minutes; Representative followed up email with telephone call while I was reading estimate to provide further detail regarding estimate. "Couldn't have asked for better service. Issue ID'd and fixed in about 45 seconds flat. Load/line wired wrong. After fixing, secured GFCI and two affected outlets, and then gave a quick block of instruction on the issue. OUTSTANDING! Then, on top of that, I had used a coupon for 2 hours labor for $149.00 so they called the office and got that cut just about in half to what I figure was simply a service call fee. Advised on a washing machine wiring hookup as well which I was able to do myself cuz it was pretty cut and dry. Their knowledge of residential electric and residential CODE was just what we needed. HIGHLY recommend."

"Due to poor quality water (hard, occasional brown water, chloramine etc on Aqua in N Raleigh) I had been wanting to do a whole home water filter. After doing some research and meeting with 4 service providers I engaged Streamline. I felt they were very professional and straight forward in their discussions and offered a very high quality product at a price that was not cheap but fair. They also offered a 12 month no interest financing which helped. We had the following installed: Carbon back washing filter (no maintenance), Water softener (needs salt every couple of months), and a Reverse Osmosis filter on kitchen sink tap. Discussion of details of install offered a few choices and we were able to very easily work with Chad at Streamline to decide on the best configuration and placement. Installation went very well - prompt and efficient, clean and no significant issues so far post install. The only minor issue has been the backwashing cycle for the carbon filter doing an initial run at midnight which woke us up, but was easy to resolve by programming it to occur on a weekday afternoon in the future."
