"Small project but they were the first ones to reach out and respond with what I felt was a reasonable quote. The technicians showed up. "I had Fast Electric Service install 4 ceiling fans in my home. The team was polite and professional throughout the engagement. They kept me informed of their progress and items that may be a concern (base of fan was smaller than old light fixture so some discoloration on the ceiling in one room) as they proceeded. They worked quickly (2.5 hours as I recall) but with a high degree of quality. All the fans are very well balanced without any wobble even on high speeds. They are all wired the same so the light is on the outside switch and the fan on the inside switch in all four rooms. I have absolutely no complaints or suggestions for improvement they did a fantastic job and I'd recommend them for an electrical projects you may have in your home. Great team, great service, and very reasonable price."

From the first phone call, to the time of install, I received nothing but great customer service. I won't call anyone else."

"As soon as I requested quotes, my phone rang immediately. I scheduled with Mr. Electric. They quoted a price and noted if repairs were needed beyond costs of the diagnostic service fee, the my rate could possibly increase. They sent a photo and qualified Dwayne’s service record. Upon arrival, Dwayne and assistant verified my job requests, listened to my concerns and began a safety check. Within the hour, they completed the job and identified any immediate potential areas of concern (there were no immediate concerns beyond replacing three receptacles.) They left me with a high level of satisfaction about the electrical upgrade on my home. I will definitely recommend Mr. Electric and use them for any major electrical jobs that I may have in the future. Great Job guys!"
