We love the time spent in working out a design and they did a wonderful job pulling out our existing 30-year-old landscaping and replacing it with beautiful plants that were healthy and good size. We are beyond happy with the results and how they cleaned up the yard everyday after work until the project was done. We are recommending this company to everyone we know who is in need of a landscaping professional company, five stars plus!"

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"They located and repaired 2 broken pipes that, unknown by me, were running underground and I had ended up with a water bill over $350. Thank goodness they found and fixed it. Also fixed a pipe I accidentally cut while snipping roots. And didn’t charge extra for it. Good job! And team was patient with my attempts to converse in Spanish to practice my language studies"
