"They did it by running air scrubbier for days, ran dehumidifier as well, pretreated all interior spaces with microbial cleaner, fogged the interior and the A/C system clean the coil, and outsourced another mold test for a clear report. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
