"Ally contacted me to discuss the project and pricing, and we agreed on a set cost. She was friendly, professional, and explained that her co-owner, Joe, and a new employee would install our luxury vinyl plank flooring as part of training. The job was moved up a day at their request, which I agreed to. My husband and I prepared the basement, clearing and cleaning the space. We had recently moved from out of state, and our children were excited to move into their new rooms once the flooring was completed. When Joe arrived, he seemed reluctant, questioned why I didn?t do it myself, and forgot the contract, asking me to print it. After I did, he said the job was too large and requested additional payment. He stated it was advertised as single room, which it never was advertised this way. Ally remained professional and responsive, making efforts to resolve the issue, which I appreciated, but the experience was frustrating due to miscommunication, unpreparedness and last-minute changes."
