"Brett came out several weeks ago to provide an estimate and I scheduled a service time. Brett and his team arrived on schedule and Brett confirmed with me exactly what work was to be done. Over the course of the job he made several suggestions that improved upon what I thought I wanted done (making the end result more appealing). Brett is highly skilled at his job and very knowledgeable when it comes to tree care. Both trees look much better after the work was done. Brett's team did a good job cleaning up after the job, removing all of the cut branches from the property and sweeping the small debris. I had concerns about my finished basement flooding in the event of a power outage, so he recommended a back up sump pump. "Everything went exactly as planned and promised. From estimate to clean up Jason and his crew were professional, courteous, and responsive. We had a paver patio, a seatwall, a built in firepit, and landing steps installed. He committed to completing the work before the 4th of July holiday and easily hit that mark. His crew was friendly and didn't mind us being out with them and observing as they worked (although we tred to stay out of the as much as possible). Cleanup and re-seeding was great. "We decided to put in a small patio in our front yard for our Newfoundland. We wanted an area that the dogs could go without getting our house all muddy on a rainy day. They were very professional and cleaned up the work area nicely. Many of the neighbors stopped by during the process. They were all very impressed with the job they had done. I even gave their name to a neighbor that wanted a quote. They started on a Wednesday and finished up early on Thursday morning. An awesome job, indeed. Our dogs are very happy and I am ready for the rainy days."
