Provided a free estimate in writing that evening Agreed to the estimate and a date was set for the work to be completed. Arrived on time, completed the work in an efficient, professional manner. They were so outrageously expensive. I called to ask them questions and they never returned my call. We did not do business with them. They could improve their customer service. I had to be very aggressive just to get them to return the call. If I am not mistaken we had to make two or three different appointments. The first time they forgot to show up and the next time they showed up two hours late. They weren't very prompt. The poor customer service stood out to me. When I first talked to them they weren't bad.

"Marcio responded quickly to my inquires. He did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the problem areas of the existing roof with photos. Marcio and his team were always prompt. (In fact, he was usually a little early.) His team was efficient and cleaned the area at the end of each day. He also provided photos of the work while it was in progress. The job was completed on time in spite of a delay caused by unexpected rain. Marcio also did some roofing work for my mother in the past. Both of us are pleased with the end result and the price."
