"Robert was prompt returning my inquiry about our leaking roof, and we set an appointment for him to inspect. Again prompt to our appointment he suggested solutions and was fair and honest in his evaluation. We agreed to go forward. He came and spent a few hours on the roof, sealing chimney flashing and applying an aluminum based coating overlay on a flat section of the roof. I felt I got honest work for fair cost.
