He arrived on time and introduced himself and we discussed the problem. He checked the skylight and told me the seal was broken and rotted beyond repair. He gave me a price quote to replace the skylight and a time when he thought it would be ready to install. We agreed to a time and caulked around the damaged seal to stop the wind leak until he returned with the new one. He called two days early and said the new one was ready, and he came and replaced the old one. Ryan is extremely friendly, and excellent at his work.
