"A&M Premier were great !!!! It was an awesome experience getting our roof replaced with A&M.â ¦ This was our first roof replacement. On day early in the morning, I had seen their signs and trucks around the neighborhood. The very next day one of their sales representative nock on my door and offer me a free inspection without compromise. Yes, freeeee!!!â ¦ That is hard to get these days, so I accepted, and he did it right then, in the spot. Iâ m glad that accepted because they found some damage on my roof. After he finished, we talked about it. He was very patient with me and explained, very clear, the importance of taking care of it and making the repairs or replace of my roof before it would be a big problem that could affect the integrity or the value of my property. Immediately, I called my insurance, the rep talked to the insurance company and agreed to send them the report of the damages. He handled everything with our insurance for us to basically get our roof replaced. Two days after, one of their reps came and explained all the details of the Job from the Job contract, payments up to the chosen of the roof materials and color. She was very kind and lent me some samples, so I could show my wife and decide together. That is going an extra mile !!!. After the initial payment from the insurance company, we were able to schedule our roof replacement that same week. With out realizing it the day arrived and the Work crew arrived at 6:30 AM, started work at sunup; completed job in 1 day. They covered my bushes, plants, and driveway; they moved pots and replaced everything back where they were. The job took almost 12 hours, but the crew were very diligent about working efficiently, taking care of surrounding landscaping. The crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof and cleaning everything up in a single day. I would highly recommend A&M Roofing to anyone that thinks they might need of a new roof."

"Custom materials took a while to come in, but the company kept in contact the whole time about where we were in the process. Installation of ten windows and siding along the top floor, soffetting and trim, taking down the gutters and wrapping the wood in aluminum, all done in less than a week. The project lead, Chad Whitmore, was able to answer all of our questions and concerns promptly. Looks great!"

"Larry Wallace from Carolina Tree Service has my highest recommendation. He and his son removed seven trees from around my house and garage. Nothing was damaged, and he cleaned up the area perfectly afterward. He tool the initiative to call me multiple times to arrange the service, and arrived promptly as a true professional should. "After 3 prior estimates, Steve came out to give me his estimate. He provided feedback on the condition of the roof saying "You have 3 to 5 years remaining life with these shingles". That right there told me I had the right guy for the job. Steve and his crew at Tip Top Roofing did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. Workers were on time, professional, diligent, courteous and even took the time to put our things back in place. After stripping 2 layers of shingles a few of the underlying boards required replacement. My many questions were quickly answered by several crew members. My wife is very pleased with the way the new roof turned out. Last thing I'll say is get several quotes, then get a Tip Top Roofing quote."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."
