We agreed he should try and he would not charge me if he couldn't get them out. I watched and they used multiple cleaning agents and a lot of muscle with their power washer. He was as disappointed as I that it didn't work. I believe people should be paid for hard work and they certainly did work hard. Despite not being able to make the stains disappear, I decided to pay him half of what the charge would have been with a successful outcome. I will have him back to detail my car because I believe we will have more luck with that. My 5-star rating is based on attitude and effort."
