They did an excellent job cleaning out the old, broken cement and grinding down the existing flagstones so that they could get more cement between them. And they still are arranged aesthetically which was very important to me. They brought everything needed and cleaned up when the job was done. Shelly really brought on a valuable addition to our bathroom renovation project - her great taste - on top of her teamâ s excellent craft, all the finishing touches and all done within reasonable amount of time! We also were quoted for a flat fee, all materials and labor included. But in the end we had asked Shellyâ s team to complete a few additional tasks, such as putting on door knobs and installing a ceiling fan, adding a towel bar and framing small tiles around a cabinet - she didnâ t even charge us for an extra day of work!! "Enrique doggedly pursued me for this sidewalk repair job, promising it would be done excellently and fairly priced. He was right on both accounts! I personally sat outside and watched he and his team breakdown my already broken sidewalk and load the old, heavy cement pieces into their truck (BTW they clean up behind themselves meticulously). Once the cement was poured, they smoothed it for over an hour, drew lines that matched up perfectly with the existing sidewalk on either side of my house, and used levelers to ensure consistent dimensions. The level of detail they exhibited was impressive. The busy pedestrian traffic that passes on my Bronx, NY block will no longer be a source of anxiety.
