"After receiving quotes from two other reputable landscaping companies, we decided to go with Blue Ribbon for two reasons: they had the BEST quality "turf" (similar pricing) and they were the only bid that suggested recycling our beautiful red brick (instead of buying expensive artistic pavers or flagstone) and re-design the pattern to a gorgeous Herringbone 45 degree angle AND seal the red brick giving it a fabulous glossy look. I have to tell you, I was nervous after I signed the contract, wrote a check and read a few negative reviews on Google sites but our experience was FANTASTIC! 
Phil quoted us 4-6 weeks since they are in busy season and they came on week 6 (we were in no rush, it is 105 degrees outside!). The job took them a mere 3 days and it came out waaaaay BETTER than I expected/ envisioned! Truly- blown away with the quality of work and craftsmanship from his team! Not to mention, they were all extremely professional and wonderful to work with. Very courteous and polite!
Like any major project, I would highly recommend being home for the initial start and reviewing the contract and a diagram of your expectations with the crew supervisor... our brick was almost re-laid out in the same pattern! They were totally cool about it and made sure it was done exactly as planned.
About a month after the project was completed, we had extreme rainfall in Tucson and noticed a divot in the turf. Phil's team came over the very next day, pulled the turf back, filled the hole and good as new. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!
5 stars because they were awesome all the way- from Phil in Sales to the Crew who made our yard the envy of the neighborhood. I would HIGHLY recommend Blue Ribbon Builders.

"I was happy with the work First Class Coatings recently did in installing the epoxy finish to our garage floor. However, when the owner came by to inspect the job, he pointed out a very slight color/shade difference from one side of the garage to the other. "I indicated I shared a driveway with a neighbor and the quote was clearly written to indicate the costs for my parking area, the shared drive and the neighbors area. The work was done very neatly. Both my neighbor and I had newly installed pavers next to the driveway and coating was applied up to but not on the pavers. Very nicely done. The cracks in the drive were also very nicely sealed prior to sealing the drive."

"My washer would not work. Ordered a new timer and was unable to install it. Nick came right over (on a Sunday-which was amazing)! He did a great job installing the new timer and making sure the washing machine performed properly. He also did some small miscellaneous jobs for me and is very pleasant to work with. I definitely will use Nick and his handyman services again!
