"Very flexible and very professional. Had a problem with a leak afterwards and quick to make it right. Would deal with again"

"My ceilings starting leaking during some heavy rainstorms in my area. After some frantic phone calls to roofing companies, Roofx responded right away and even sent someone out on a Saturday to look at my roof. There was a hole in my roof and due to it being old slate tile, it couldn't be repaired. The Roofx team was amazing, especially Tiffany, Ron, and Mark. It took about two weeks to schedule them to come out to replace my roof, due to financing and having to wait for a break in the weather. But my new roof was done in one day and they did an amazing job."

"Wonderful , polite and very professional."

"After I got 5 estimates, 3 for Asphalt shingles, 2 for Metal roofing I decided to go with First Choice because Dave explained exactly what he planned to do. The other contractor wanted to install the metal roof over the exiting Shingles even after I explained that I suspected that some wood decking was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was able to do everything over the phone and via email as I am currently deployed overseas.

"John was quick to call and come out to assess damages. He not only looked at the spit missing shingles on my roof but walked over looking at everything making suggestions. He gave me an estimate on the spot. I had others come out who o ly offered to fix the spot or recommended I needed a whole new roof without even looking. John was very professional, was responsive and came out within 2 days to fix my roof. I was very happy with not only him but the work he did. Would definitely call back if I have any future issues."

"I received 4 estimates. He was the quickest to get back to me initially and by far the most personable and friendly. Oh, and his estimate just happened to be lower than the next by more than 1K. He showed up exactly when he said he would and finished the entire roof replacement in 2 days. It was a much better experience than I expected when I first started looking for a roofing company."

"Due to budget limitations, I did not go forward with this project scope.

"They completed the job ahead of schedule. Their expert installers were there early, extremely pleasant, worked tirelessly and cleaned up the property when the job was completed. I would absolutely recommend and hire this company again to do other projects in my home. There were no surprises or unexpected costs associated with the project. Extremely satisfied customer."

"Tried to put windows in that did not match the rest of the house. Have tan trim on house tried to put white on did not do good job flashing chimmey looks like crap the roof and siding did a good job did not do the work I paid him to do lots of short cut and not done right.
