"Blue Tile and Marble responded quickly, but immediately said that grout issues will never cause leaking. Literally any amount of research speaks to the contrary. The individual then said the shower must be replaced entirely and said I should send pictures so they could quote me on that job. It seems like they are just trying to get more money by doing an unnecessary and expensive job, when all I asked for was a quote to redo the grout in the shower."

James also provided the best tile guy, Eugene, that did a fantastic job with natural stone and the complicated very fragile mosaic. We would definitely use Cox Custom Remodeling again.
