Priority Roofing did a very bad job before they were asked to leave. CHAFFEE CONSTRUCTION, Inc removed bad material left behind by Priority Roofing and replaced with high grade Tuck-Pointing material and replaced Stone-Cap on the planter in front of my home. "Well enough. There were some scheduling delays but nothing unusual. The quality of the workmanship on the tuckpointing seems good enough. The repairs were completed on time and within the agreed upon scope. The issue I have is the minor damage to a second floor coax cable line as it was torn from its anchors on the exterior brick. The workers did not seem to notice this, and it was left dangling off the front of the house, torn from the port. There was also a fair amount of mortar mix splatter on my fence, and a neighboring fence that I ended up cleaning myself. So the attention to detail and cleanup was not to my liking. They did clear my flat roof of leaf debris as I requested, which was really helpful."
