"I knew that I was going to need very good help with this water heater replacement. The old one was 22 years old and had a lot of sediment in it. Also the location was difficult to get to. Jack sheduled the appointment to fit my schedule. Brad and Mickey arrived promptly and tackled the situation. As expected, the drain was clogged and the tank was way too heavy to lift out without draining. When using air pressure failed, they pulled out a shop vac, jerry-rigged a small hose on the end and slowly suck out enough water to allow the tank to be lifted out. They're one of the best crews I've ever had working for me. I have my mechanic, my electrician, and now I have my plumbers. I'll never use anyone else and I highly recommend them."

"I strongly caution anyone considering this foundation repair company. From the beginning, they gave us false hope, assuring us that our foundation issues would be properly resolved. Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. Not only did they fail to correct the actual problem, but the piers they installed were done incorrectly and not even placed in the proper locations. It’s clear now that the work was rushed and not thoroughly planned or executed with the care it deserved. We’re now left with unresolved issues and the added burden of hiring another company to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or professional foundation repair. "Banged out deck in a day. Most cuts are not square. Split wood in multiple places and did not correct. Not square and plum anywhere. Poured footing incorrectly. Fail to screw down steps. Failed to reinforce with hardware. Failed to install flashing on header to home. Worst deck ever seen built. I have was a construction supervisor for years and never seen work like this on any of my jobs poor customer service don't respond."
