Sitting down and determine what your cleaning needs are. Owner will be on site during the first month to insure the customized cleaning process and procedures are being initiated. We have a staff to service your home or offices/buildings for general cleaning, Deep cleaning or one time cleaning. Whether it’s the 1st time or the 1000 time we clean it will be done using a cleaning scheduled that is determined, tailored and customized (at the time we do the first initial walk through) at the place that requires our service. Professional offices, commercial buildings are billed at the end of the month and residential homes/condos payment due at time service is complete. We also work with real estate to stage homes for sale. Homes/apartment complexes that need move in - move out cleaning.

"I reached out on Wednesday to book standard cleaning service for Friday, April 25 at 9am. I spoke with someone on Thursday morning to confirm. I was told that I would get an email confirmation with the booking info and paperwork. Not long after booking, I contacted them back to change the time to 2pm on Friday, April 25 and let them know that I had not received the email confirmation from the first time I called. I spoke with Mark. He confirmed my email again and said it would be on the way. He also confirmed that my appointment had been changed to 2pm. I called back twice regarding not receiving the email and confirmed my appointment time since I had not received anything. On Friday, April 25 in the morning, I still had not received anything and called again. I spoke with Nicole. The AI system and Nicole stated that my appointment was listed as 1pm. After a high level of frustration at this point I explained to her the entire situation and confirmed 2pm once again. My email address was still incorrect and she stated that she would change it and confirm my appointment for 2pm that day. I finally received the paperwork around 11am and signed it. At 2:15pm on Friday, April 25 I called back as I had not heard from anyone or seen anyone at my home for the service. I was told by Nicole that the person assigned was not available at 2pm. My question, why didn't anyone call me earlier to tell me so. Why was it 2:15pm and no one had called me to tell me that my work would not be done? Why was I booked on Thursday for 2pm if no one was available? The level of service at this company is deplorable!! They rely on AI and even the representatives in the office can't get a simple scheduling task completed. I wasted an entire day as I could have booked someone else that was actually available. A manager called me back (I don't remember his name) and asked if someone could come at 4pm or the next day. He said he would SEE if someone could come at that time, which means he was not sure if he would have anyone. After all of this I don't have any trust in the company that they would do the job that I needed them to do. I canceled immediately!!!!"

"The first place we called charged $370 and spent 15 minutes replacing a part he thought was the fix. It wasn't. He spent more time trying to sell us a new furnace. We called Bow Heating, and Bill came out and spent a good deal of time troubleshooting the issue. He figured it out, and went above and beyond repairing it. And charged less than the first guy who didn't fix it. Great job."

Hello my name is Natalie. I decided to start my own cleaning business because I LOVE a clean home and truly enjoy what I do and want to help other people that have a busy life style or help people who just simply cant clean the way they would want their home cleaned. I'm a very honest and trust worthy Christian women, someone you can trust in your home, I'm also a huge animal lover so pets are not a concern or any kind or size. My cleaning business offers home cleaning and office cleaning services, I am fully insured and have a five star rating on my Facebook business page. I also supply all my own supplies so you don't have to worry about anything. I offer weekly, bi weekly,monthly, or a helping hand. No job is to big or to small, it can be a special request cleaning or standard cleaning, deep cleaning. Standard cleaning: the whole home will be dusted all along the ceiling, door trim, wall decor along with any decor sitting out, ceiling fans, blinds, then we go through and wipe everything down, kitchen- counters get wiped down, sink, on top of stove, inside microwave, the faces of all appliances get wiped down, cabinets get spot cleaned, if their is stainless steel that gets polished as well, bathroom- the mirror, counter, sink, tub/shower, toilet, floors get cleaned on hands and knees, bedrooms- dusted, wiped, bed will be made, then the house will be swept, vacuumed and moped on my way out the door. Depending on what kind of floors you have will determine what they get cleaned with. I also use natural cleaning products so it healthier for you and your kids and pets. Deep cleaning services include- door trim/base board hand washing, hand washing cabinets, wall washing, window/window track washing, etc Office cleaning- dusting of the office, emptying all garbage and replacing with new garbage bag, bathrooms cleaned, all desk wiped down, swept, vacuumed, floors mopped. (rugs are vacuumed and rolled up till after mopping Is done)

"Natalie and Samantha are the absolute best in the business.  Hands Down. They are so professional and take so much care of the items in my home.  I don't have to worry about a thing.  I've used a local cleaning company in the past and regretted it.  The work was average and the people in my home seemed sketchy at times.   But with Natalie and Samantha, their work absolutely shines!  I literally never saw my bathroom as clean as it was the day of our initial clean.  They spent over two and a half hours the first day in my home and they definitely exceeded my expectations.  Their work is amazing!  I look forward to seeing them each time and instantly knew I had made the right decision getting a cleaning service again.  Another amazing quality of the girls is their attentiveness to my puppy!  My dog Banner is LOVED by these ladies and he looks forward to seeing them every single week.  I completely trust the ladies with Banner and with all things in my home.  Finding this business was a blessing for me. Natalie and Samantha definitely have a lot of home knowledge as well, for example they pay attention to what they set on my countertops, and what products to use on my floors, cupboards, appliances, countertops, etc.  They are very deliberate when they clean. I also really respect the tips they give me, from suggesting I check my air filters to cut down on the dust in my home, to letting me know it's time to give my curtains a wash, and giving me a heads up if some bleach was used in a particular space - all these things show me they care about me and my family's well being and care about the integrity of my home.  Total professionals. I also love that Natalie and Samantha are so accommodating, which is so important to me as a full-time working mom.   They always make an effort to talk to my somewhat shy 5 year old son and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.
