"Timberline was very responsive from the time of getting the estimate to the end of the job.  Timberline gave me a fair price for the large amount of work to be done. They quickly scheduled the work very fast and showed up when they said they would. They said it would take two days.  They showed up the first day and went to work right away and worked all of the day.  
The second day they finished all but the stump grinding. The crew cleaned up to the point where you would not know the work that was just done.   Over these two days very good and very courteous.   They came the third day to finish grinding the stumps.  When I looked it over one stump was still not done.  Steve came over and inspected the area and explained why they could not get the stump due to a close by fence.  I removed the fence and they were there the next day to finish grinding the stump.   Timberline was great company to work with and I would  hire them again.

The day of the removal Nery couldn’t make it but Raul who is the owner came instead! He was a very nice gentleman and told me what they were going to do. By the way, Nery did tell me in advance that he wasn’t going to make it. The day of the removal they came on time with about five gentlemen who split up and tackled two of the trees at the same time.
