When he first came to look at the job, he admitted he would not be the least expensive and not the most expensive. Drywall finishing can often take multiple visits. When he was "done" I mentioned an area that just didn't look right. He attributed that to "the knock down process." The next morning, he called and asked to come back and fix it. I was quoted outrageous prices for a little surface preparation and application of a knockdown texture to our basement, by two other companies. "We had electricians install two ceiling fans, and the apprentice made a lot of unnecessary cuts in our drywall. We had Mark and his crew come to repair it. They did the most amazing repair job! It is entirely indistinguishable where the holes used to be. The repairs, texturing and paint matching are all top notch. They were able to complete all the repairs in one day and, after the mud had cured, finished the painting the next day. My favorite part about Markâ s crew is how thorough they are. They carefully draped and curtained off the area where they were working on texturing so the mud and it wouldnâ t get everywhere, but when cleaning up, they looked around outside of the area they had draped and curtained, vacuumed, wiped, and cleaned anything that managed to slip through. 10/10, I would definitely hire them again!"
