"We hired Lulu to help clean my 3 bed / 2 bath house that has one very large Bernese Mountain Dog (Nessie). Lulu does a wonderful job of making sure she takes care of all my things. We were having some trouble with Nessie hair on the rugs and she went ahead and bought a rake for the carpet and a better vacuum to help with this issue! She is almost always prompt to arrive or will communicate if she's able to come a bit early or running a tad late. The professionalism, attention to detail, and overall skills of Lulu is above my expectations of a usual cleaning company.
