"I am a long time building owner in Chicago and have worked with a lot of contractors and understand the work that is done. Frank's Construction changed the price before the work done and demande thousands in up charges to finish, including leaving the work in an unsafe condition. They were supposed to fix unsafe steps on the porch, which they didn't do. They promised repeatedly to come out and finish the job, but then didn't. Apparently they are ok with an unsafe condition for my tenants, which I find abhorent. So they only deliver the common Chicago "tail light warranty." As soon as you see the taillights the warranty is over. I would be very careful with Frank's Construction. Would not hire again. Be very careful with this contractor."
