Numerous contacts I grew increasingly frustrated. I contacted the office and they said this was unsatisfactory. The owner showed up to complete the work the following Saturday. The owner and his son did a very good job trimming the trees. The one that was too close to the chimney was the primary focus. They also helped to reshape many other trees without any additional cost. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied based on what happened before!!"

The bluestone repair, patching up a great big hole, is invisible. If anything, it looks better now that before the excavation.
