I did ask that a few rooms not get the Biological formulaâ which is $65 more room. But they all got it anyway. So the bill was higher. But I did NOT complain because I figured these particular carpets likely needed it. ( I think they would have had to totally â rebootâ the system to only do some of the rooms with this formula .)
