He vacuumed the whole area to be cleaned, which I appreciated, as some companies expect the customer to vacuum first. The cleaning process was quick and efficient, and very effective, as the pet stains and odors I had were all gone. Also, the carpet is dry right away, rather than hours later like some treatments. Andy was professional, pleasant, and efficient, and had some advice for me about treatment of future stains. I will definitely use them again."
